RoofTec XCS 500 RoofTec System, so much more than just a pressure washer.

You need the ability to soft wash and pressure wash all with the same equipment.
The XCS500 does both and is designed for quick setup, chemical adjustment on the fly and years of hassle-free operation.
This machine package includes everything you need to start cleaning residential exterior surfaces.
Use it for cleaning concrete roof tiles, block paving, composite decking, vinyl siding, concrete, wood decks, clay tiles, brick, UPVC, asphalt drive ways, stone masonry and more.

- 21 litre/Minute, High Performance General Pump with Stainless steel heads and ceramic plungers for chemical injection
- Extremely reliable and quiet 14hp Kohler Engine able to run for 7 hours on a single tank of fuel
- Adjust between 100 and 2500 psi quickly with a pressure regulator
- Adjust SH easily between 0 and 6% and meter surfactant flow from 0 to 38 Litres/Minute

High pressure cleaning:
Set up to 2500 psi for concrete cleaning
Set up to 1000 psi for wood cleaning
Able to use standard pressure washing tips, oscillating tip, or up to a 50mm surface cleaner
Use metering valves on machine to pre-treat and post-treat with cleaning solutions

low pressure cleaning:
Set to below 600 psi for more delicate substrates (roofing, siding, etc.)
Mix manifold injects both surfactants and high strength sodium hypochlorite
Uses food-grade, stainless steel suttner spray gun with j-rod
Spray up to 10 to 12 metres for easy roof and siding cleaning from the ground
